Instructure, Inc. seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to guide prospective customers through evaluation, architect and propose the best solution, and work with regional sales reps. This role requires travel up to 40% and flexibility to operate remotely.

You will partner with the Provider Sales Team to position Instructure solutions across Canvas LMS, Canvas Catalog, and related products, delivering tailored demonstrations and technical guidance to diverse education stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales support and technical pre‑sales.
• Ability to present complex education technology concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Present Instructure products and position them to education technology stakeholders.
• Architect and tailor demonstrations to customer goals and challenges.
• Lead technical discussions and document customer requirements during evaluations.
• Assist proposal writers with RFIs/RFPs and align solutions with value.
