Qualifications

• Experience managing external stakeholders for project delivery.
• Designing and communicating technical solutions in SaaS ecosystems.
• Familiarity with multiple identity provider authentication systems.
• Experience with APIs to integrate multiple applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize by timeline and business value.
• Proficient with web conferencing and tools like Gmail/Docs/Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, gather requirements, define responsibilities and charter.
• Plan schedules, allocate resources, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage client expectations; document and track deliverables.
• Coordinate resources to meet objectives and manage scope changes.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project plans and templates.
• Consult on SSO, APIs, data integrations, and LTI configurations.
