Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking an experienced instructional designer to craft training solutions for our business teams and restaurant franchises. You will design e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding, and develop instructor-led curricula with facilitator guides for rollout.

The role requires project management across multiple workstreams and vendors, with 10-20% travel for offsite trainings.

Responsibilities

• Design training solutions using instructional design and consulting skills to support business/franchise needs.
• Design e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding and development.
• Design and develop instructor-led training curricula including facilitator guides and participant materials.
• Collaborate with field learning for implementation and rollout.
• Project manage with internal clients, SMEs and external vendors to deliver training.
• Travel 10-20% for offsite meetings and training engagements.
