• 3+ years of Learning & Development and course facilitation experience
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience developing courses within an advanced Learning Management System
• Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and measure impact

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Learning Experience initiatives aligned with Leo goals and tech roadmap
• Design and implement scalable learning ecosystems for rapid workforce growth
• Create comprehensive career development frameworks from hourly technicians to leadership
• Establish partnerships with peers and industry experts to build talent pipelines
• Define KPIs and ROI metrics and report progress to stakeholders
• Lead culture of continuous learning and innovation and share best practices
• Collaborate on blended learning programs including culture, compliance, and role-specific learning
