Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist to build workforce capability for Advanced Manufacturing by translating business needs into scalable learning solutions. You will lead instructional design, learning architecture, and LMS data analysis to improve proficiency and readiness.

You will partner with manufacturing leaders to diagnose needs, design curricula and qualification plans, manage end-to-end projects, and deliver impactful learning experiences onsite in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design, learning sciences, organizational development, HR, education, business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, OD, instructional design, or related discipline; ownership of complex learning projects.
• Experience administering learning programs and working with LMS data, including assignments, completions, assessments, curricula, audience rules, data validation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance and capability needs with leaders and SMEs; distinguish learning from other issues; recommend interventions.
• Design role-based learning architectures, curricula, pathways, and qualification plans.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex technical and professional learning; create materials and assessments.
• Convert complex manufacturing concepts into accessible learning experiences with quality, safety, and document-control alignment.
• Establish measurement plans; analyze LMS data to identify participation, completion, and proficiency trends; report findings.
