This role partners with senior leadership and HR to translate business goals into targeted development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development or related roles.
• 4+ years designing leadership programs for mid-to-senior leaders.
• Experience building L&D functions in high-growth tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive learning architecture aligned with business priorities.
• Lead leadership development programs from emerging to exec levels.
• Drive employee engagement and clear career progression through learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Product to align learning with enablement goals.
