Qualifications
- 12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field
- 5+ years in L&D/OD/leadership development
- ICF credential: ACC/PCC/MCC
- Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360s and organizational analysis
- Experience designing bespoke executive development interventions
- Experience in large, complex, global organizations
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and HR partners
Responsibilities
- Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
- Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions connected to business outcomes
- Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF framework
- Share insights across Meta and transfer best practices
- Partner with HR BPs to scope and align engagements
- Connect leaders to broader People Development ecosystem
- Support organization-wide change including AI transformations
- Stay current with leadership research and emerging practices
