Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner on the Leadership Development team. The role blends design with strategic business partnership to create bespoke development solutions for priority leaders and teams while building scalable programs, journeys, and playbooks for managers and directors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development or related fields.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or leadership-design functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required for the coaching role.
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch.
• Experience applying adult development and design methods to complex challenges.
• Mastery in leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief.
• Ability to facilitate high-impact experiences for senior leaders.
• Track record of creating scalable programs and playbooks.
• Ability to lead ambiguous work and influence strategy across boundaries.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions, tools, and playbooks.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system.
• Deliver high-stakes experiences and 1:1 executive coaching with credibility.
• Share insights across business groups and transfer effective practices.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
• Support organizational transformation and AI-related leadership needs.
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with current research and AI opportunities.
