Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team to drive strategic leader and team development across the organization. This individual contributor will diagnose leadership effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives using ICF methodologies to align with business outcomes.

Qualifications

12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field
5+ years in L&D, organizational development, or leadership development
ICF credential (ACC, PCC, MCC)
Mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360, interviews, org data)
Designing bespoke development experiences for exec leaders and teams
Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed orgs
Proven partnerships with business leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
Design and deliver high-impact leadership and team interventions
Provide 1:1 coaching using ICF framework
Share patterns and best practices across Meta with an enterprise-wide view
Partner with HR Business Partners on intake, scoping and alignment
Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem and resources
Support large-scale change and AI transformation with change management
Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership development
