Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to shape bespoke and scalable leadership programs. You will diagnose leadership needs, design interventions, and own end-to-end delivery with cross-functional collaboration across Meta’s leadership ecosystem.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, coach executives, and drive change across complex, global teams, leveraging AI-enabled approaches to enhance development outcomes and organizational health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership-design function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC). This is a credentialed coaching role, not advisory coaching.
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, design-thinking, or product-design methods to complex leadership challenges.
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief, assessments, and analysis.
• Expertise facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders and teams.
• Proven track record of programs, journeys, tools, or playbooks with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead ambiguous work across boundaries and influence strategy without formal authority.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods and diagnose to design requirements.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions for priority leaders and teams with alignment to business outcomes.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions—programs, journeys, tools, and playbooks for managers and directors.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with collaboration across SMEs and ops partners.
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system by identifying needs and opportunities.
• Facilitate and coach with credibility, including 1:1 executive coaching with ICF-credentialed methods.
• Serve as cross-company intelligence by sharing insights across groups and deploying learnings enterprise-wide.
• Build partnerships with HR and business leaders, maintaining independence for candor and trust.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and ensure integration into a connected system.
• Support organizational transformation focusing on leadership capabilities and learning systems.
