Job summary
Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance leader and team capabilities on the Leadership Development team. The role focuses on diagnosis, design, and delivery of bespoke development interventions, coaching executives, and partnering with HR to scale leadership impact across a global organization.
You will drive alignment with business outcomes in a dynamic environment that includes AI transformation considerations and cross-functional collaboration with business and HR
Qualifications
- 12+ years in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development.
- ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
- Mastery of leader and team diagnosis and 360 design/debrief.
- Experience designing bespoke interventions grounded in data.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level.
- Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions.
- Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
- Share insights across Meta with enterprise-wide perspective.
- Partner with HR Business Partners for intake, scoping and alignment.
- Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem.
- Support organizational change and AI transformation with change management.
- Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership.
