Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership, and talent development strategies. You will design scalable programs, establish competency models, and guide succession planning to build organizational capability.

The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and focuses on elevating leadership readiness, talent assessment, and the integration of learning technology to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing leadership assessment frameworks, talent review processes, and succession planning programs.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn Learning or comparable platforms to create structured career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and priorities.
• Create scalable learning solutions that support leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.
• Establish frameworks, competency models, and development pathways across levels.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development solutions.
• Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging leaders and executives.
• Lead enterprise talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.
