Job summary

TalentSource is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to lead leadership and professional learning initiatives across the organization. You will assess capability needs, design robust programs, manage vendor partnerships, and coach leaders to drive growth and performance.

Based in Michigan City, IN, the role requires strong program management, budget oversight, and the ability to deliver learning solutions that measurably improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; experience may substitute for degree.
• 7+ years managing enterprise training programs.
• 7+ years designing and delivering leadership training programs.
• Experience sourcing external training courses to meet corporate needs.
• Delivery across all organizational levels; orientation facilitation preferred.
• Experience with Teams or Zoom for virtual training.
• Familiarity with DiSC or similar assessments preferred.
• Strong project management and training-industry knowledge.
• Excellent verbal/written communication with coaching ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify leadership development needs and performance gaps.
• Design and refine leadership programs aligned with business priorities.
• Manage program budgets and collaborate with external training partners.
• Curate customized learning solutions, integrating external content when needed.
• Deliver key programs, including orientation and leadership training, in live and virtual formats.
• Stay current with trends in leadership development and corporate learning.
• Coach leaders to enhance learning culture across the organization.
• Provide admin support and ensure regulatory compliance.
