Job summary

GreenState Credit Union seeks a Leadership & Org Development Manager to own the enterprise leadership development strategy and ecosystem. You will partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to identify capability needs and deliver scalable solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness and workforce readiness.

The role requires 7+ years in leadership/organizational development, with a focus on frameworks, pathways, succession, and change leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership Studies, Business, Psychology, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in leadership/organizational development or related discipline.
Experience designing leadership strategies, development frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Experience partnering with executive leaders to identify capability needs and align strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance enterprise leadership development strategies and frameworks.
Design leadership pathways for various leadership levels and succession readiness initiatives.
Lead alignment of development strategies with business priorities and workforce requirements.
Sponsor leadership enablement for strategic initiatives and organizational change.
Guide leadership resources, toolkits, assessments, and capability-building solutions.
