Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Clive, IA and North Liberty, IA seeks a Leadership & Organizational Development Manager to own the leadership development ecosystem and drive enterprise strategies. You will partner with executives and HR to design frameworks, succession plans, and leadership pathways ensuring workforce readiness and strong leadership across all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership Studies, Business, Psychology, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent development, workforce capability, or related discipline.
Experience designing and implementing leadership strategies, development frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance enterprise leadership strategy and development framework.
Design and maintain leadership development roadmap across all levels.
Partner with senior leaders to assess capability needs and align development strategies.
