Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento seeks a Leadership Development Senior Partner to drive system-wide leadership programs, collaborate with executives, and shape curricula to develop talent aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree with leadership experience, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering measurable results. This is a full-time position with an exempt status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline such as Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Training and Development, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of progressive experience in people leadership, organizational development, talent management or related field
• Must possess working knowledge of adult learning principles and theories; strong curriculum design and development skills; ability to originate training programs; strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to drive change management and cultural transformation; ability to handle difficult topics and influence outcomes; excellent communication across all levels; ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; strong project/time management; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage major leadership development strategies system-wide, including curricula development
• Partner with business units to implement leadership development strategies
• Prepare and deliver facilitation of leadership development programming and experiential plans
• Provide executive coaching to senior managers and high-potential candidates
• Assess training needs via surveys/interviews/focus groups and develop aligned curricula
• Develop instructional materials and stay current with curriculum, training, and market trends
• Share accountability for integrated solutions across the organization
• Develop metrics and tracking to measure results
• Leverage data analysis to narrate leadership development outcomes
• Perform other duties to support department goals
