Job summary

7+ credit union or related experience; minimum of two years supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership ability and team-building skills preferred.
High energy with the ability to engage in conversations to win business and open accounts.
Thorough knowledge of products and services; ensures proper application of credit union policies and procedures.
Ability to network/build relationships to grow business.
Strong interpersonal skills to represent the credit union positively at all times.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages retail branch banking offices, including sales, service and operations.
Implements plans to support achievement of goals and reinforces policies and procedures.
Coaches branches to achieve business development activities and branch loan/deposit goals.
Develops and recommends annual branch performance targets for team and individuals.
Conducts performance evaluations and coordinates scheduling and human resources activities.
