Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Professional Development Program Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee and leadership development programs. You will partner with HR, Instructional Design, and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective learning pathways and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in development, collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement in a hybrid workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in professional or leadership development
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience)
• Experience leading development programs and measuring outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of development programs aligning with business priorities
• Partner across HR, business stakeholders, and instructional design to translate needs into learning priorities
• Define and monitor learning KPIs and measure program effectiveness
• Coordinate delivery of instructor-led sessions and learning experiences
• Collaborate to incorporate AI tools and learning solutions for improved outcomes
