Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Leadership Development Senior Partner to advance leadership initiatives across the organization. You will drive curricula, deliver programs, and coach senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.

You will collaborate with Talent Management and other units, develop content for leadership programs, and track outcomes to demonstrate impact. This exempt role reports to the Manager of Enterprise Development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Training and Development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of progressive leadership/organizational development experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage major leadership development strategies across the organization.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement leadership development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver leadership programming and experiential development plans.
• Provide executive coaching to senior managers and high-potential candidates.
• Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations to design curricula.
• Develop instructional materials and stay current on curriculum trends and market information.
• Share accountability for integrated solutions across Learning, Leadership and Talent Development.
• Create metrics and tracking to measure results and drive accountability.
• Leverage data to narrate leadership development outcomes and organizational impact.
• Perform additional duties to support department goals.
