The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Manager, Workforce Capability Strategy to act as a strategic advisor within Learning and Organizational Development, shaping capabilities and learning investments across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives in skills development, credentialing, and workforce readiness to align with future business priorities. You will benchmark trends, translate insights into executive-ready business cases, and spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives from

Formación

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Strategy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in strategy, learning strategy, workforce development, talent strategy, management consulting, organizational development, workforce transformation, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Develop and advance enterprise strategies that strengthen workforce capability and readiness for future business priorities.
Benchmark external practices and translate insights into executive-ready business cases.
Lead high-priority workforce development initiatives from concept to implementation.
Provide strategic planning support and develop executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
Develop success measures and reporting for workforce capability initiatives and translate data into executive narratives.
