Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in Training and Development, Leadership & Organizational Development, or HR.
• Experience in learning strategy and content planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define short and long-term learning strategies to increase associate competence and confidence.
• Develop content area plans and collaborate with partners to ensure coverage and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Design & Development, Technology, and Delivery teams to implement learning solutions.
• Create learning plans for assigned roles and validate content with other LSMs.
• Influence stakeholders at multiple levels and build strong partnerships to address learner needs.
