Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Learning - High-Potential and Executive Development to lead the design, delivery, and measurement of leadership development experiences across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, business, and learning leaders, interfacing with executives, coaches, and faculty to drive program impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include being 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience planning, managing, and executing leadership development programs or experiences.
• Experience supporting high-potential, leadership, executive, or talent development initiatives.
• Strong program and project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with executives, external providers, coaches, faculty, and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives.
• Experience using participant feedback, survey results, and data insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Forecast training demand and ensure schedules meet business needs.
• Create scalable approaches to execute learning solutions and manage content strategy projects.
• Develop, manage, and report on project plans; deploy learning programs and reporting in the LMS.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of learning and development solutions.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness; create improvement action plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective learning for assigned roles/content areas.
• Coordinate with Design & Development, Technology, and Delivery teams to optimize learning solutions.
• Serve as point of contact for client groups and manage program status communications.
