Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the Country Trade Compliance Officer in managing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program.

The role provides strategic oversight of risks, policies, controls, and processes, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with import/export and sanctions regulations. The work model is remote, with responsibilities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in supply chain or trade management with extensive U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Experience with U.S. import/export, BIS, EAR, OFAC, ITAR regulations.
• Strong leadership, governance, and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support CTCO in developing, implementing, and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead program initiatives ensuring compliance with U.S. import/export and sanctions.
• Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance processes.
• Advise Local Trade Compliance Officers on regulatory requirements.
