ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program. This role supports the CTCO in managing and governing ABB’s U.S. Trade Compliance Program, offering strategic oversight of risks, policies, controls, and operations, aligned with U.S. import/export, sanctions, and customs rules.

The position operates in a remote work model and contributes to ABB’s U.S. trade compliance group, driving program excellence, continuous improvement, and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Trade Compliance Officer (CTCO) in developing, implementing, and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead key program initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import, export, sanctions, and other trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Country’s trade compliance processes and controls.
• Advise Local Trade Compliance Officers on regulatory requirements and trade compliance risks.
