Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the Country Trade Compliance Officer in managing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program.

The role provides strategic oversight of import/export, sanctions, and regulatory controls across the organization, with responsibility to partner with business functions and drive program excellence. The work model is remote and the position sits within the U.S. trade compliance team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain and/or trade management (preferred) with 10+ years managing U.S. trade compliance programs.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain and/or trade management (preferred) with 12+ years in U.S. trade compliance.
• Customs Broker License (strongly preferred).
• Certified Import and/or Export Specialist (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the CTCO in developing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead program initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export, sanctions, and trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Country's trade compliance processes.
• Advise Local Trade Compliance Officers on risks and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance performance through annual reviews and risk assessments.
