Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with 10+ or 12+ years experience in U.S. trade compliance.
• Customs Broker License preferred; Certified Import/Export Specialist preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, and ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export sanctions and trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance processes.
• Serve as a senior advisor to Local Trade Compliance Officers on risks and regulatory requirements.
• Support risk reviews and due diligence for trade compliance evaluations.
• Oversee Annual Trade Review Program and remediation efforts with LTCOs.
• Coordinate with LTCOs and business functions to embed compliance in operations.
