Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a Senior Leader to support the U.S. Trade Compliance Program, reporting to the Country Trade Compliance Manager. You will shape strategy, govern risks, and drive regulatory compliance across the organization while partnering with business units.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with LTCOs, and a strong knowledge of U.S. import/export controls. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain and/or trade management preferred.
• 10+ years (Master's) or 12+ years (Bachelor's) experience in U.S. trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, ITAR regulations.
• Work authorization to work for ABB in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Support CTCO in developing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead programs to ensure compliance with import/export, sanctions, and other trade regs.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and controls.
• Advise LTCOs on regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
