Job summary

Cohere is hiring a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for the Americas. You will own the US and Canada commercial Solutions Architecture function, lead a distributed team of senior technical professionals, and be accountable for the technical win in one of the world's most competitive AI markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture.
• 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Proven track record with executive stakeholders and enterprise deals.
• Strong background in AI architectures, cloud, security and governance.
• Experience shaping strategy, roadmaps and industry playbooks for large customers.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop a regional field organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Americas Solutions Architecture organization across the US and Canada.
• Own the technical win for strategic pursuits and be in the room for key deals.
• Partner with Sales to own region numbers and drive pipeline health.
• Define vision and operating model for Americas Solutions Architecture.
• Build repeatable solution practices and customer-ready delivery frameworks.
• Guide customers on secure, scalable enterprise AI deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Attract senior technical talent and build the bench for Cohere.
