Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a seasoned Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and expand a high-performing SE team in the Commercial vertical. This is a pre-sales leadership role focused on business storytelling and executive presence, not software development.

You will coach SEs to engage in value-driven customer conversations, design compelling demonstrations, and architect solutions that integrate with customer environments.

Qualifications

• Leads and grows a Solutions Engineering team within the Commercial vertical.
• Possesses executive presence and strong coaching skills.
• Knowledge of AI systems and willingness to pursue AI certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Solution Engineering team to drive go-to-market strategies and customer-facing activities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on acquiring new logos and expanding Talkdesk's presence.
