Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the CCaaS/CXA sector.
• Solid experience with TSB/TSD, Service Providers, and VARs.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI technologies relevant for Contact Center applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement plans for partners.
• Support Partner Competency Centers in technical discovery.
• Engage in solution demonstrations for clients.
