Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead the data infrastructure, pricing strategies, and enablement programs for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, marketing, and product.
• Deep knowledge of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and BI tools.
• Experience with pricing strategy and sales enablement programs.
• Broad knowledge of CRM systems and sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure and reporting, building dashboards and KPIs for real-time leadership insights.
• Oversee Salesforce and other sales systems, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies and RFP processes in collaboration with sales, finance, and legal.
• Design and execute sales enablement programs, onboarding, and content resources for the sales team.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with sales, marketing, and product to align go-to-market initiatives.
