Job summary

Samsung Electronics America invites a Senior Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead data infrastructure, reporting, pricing strategy, and cross-functional programs across the sales organization.

You will partner with IT, finance, marketing, and product to ensure tools and workflows deliver accurate insights, scalable processes, and informed decision making that drive growth in a complex matrix business landscape.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (Required)
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (Preferred)
• Project Management certification such as PMP (Preferred)
• Business intelligence or data analytics certifications (Preferred)
• Deep knowledge of sales operations and strategy within a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools
• Extensive experience in pricing strategy, including the ability to develop and manage pricing frameworks
• Proven experience leading sales enablement programs and measuring their impact on sales performance
• Broad knowledge of CRM systems, sales technology, and operational tools
• Experience managing large cross functional teams and initiatives across multiple disciplines

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure for visibility and decision making.
• Build dashboards and KPIs with real-time performance insights.
• Oversee Salesforce and other sales systems to support the team.
• Lead pricing strategy development and RFP/contract processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, product, and leadership.
