Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead the operational backbone of the sales organization.

You’ll own data infrastructure, reporting, pricing strategy, and sales enablement while partnering with IT, Finance, Marketing and Product to drive growth. In this senior leadership role, you will shape dashboards and KPIs, manage Salesforce and related tools, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and streamlined processes

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales operations, strategy, or related field with 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data infrastructure design, development, and reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee Salesforce and sales systems, ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.
• Lead pricing strategies, RFP processes, and contract negotiations with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and run sales enablement programs, onboarding, and content library.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product to align GTM initiatives and priorities.
