Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 20+ years of experience with 12+ years in project/program management within a Network Telecommunication Service organization.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Operations support practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement long-term vision for Operations Support, SCM/Logistics, and Sales/Business Operations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive process optimization and cost reduction through automation.
• Manage P&L for Support & Business Operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects and operations.
• Oversee training activities for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure quality and safety across projects and operations.
• Develop reporting templates for status, risks and performance metrics.
• Act as owner for tools like SPMS, OV, and SAP.
