Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the L&D strategy for North America Sales.
• Lead sales learning journeys, capability frameworks, and programs.
• Coach and develop a team of learning professionals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Measure learning effectiveness using business outcomes and metrics.
