Qualifications

• 10+ years international supply chain management experience preferred
• Proven account management and commercial skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Willingness to mentor commercial colleagues
• Proficiency with common software tools (MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and gross profit
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and data to identify opportunities
• Own LLP vertical growth plans including TAM/SOM analyses
• Define target customers with Product Development for expanded coverage
• Create value propositions with the commercial team for strategic pursuits
• Support clients while coordinating with origins, Areas, and Regions for profitability
• Enable regional teams with training and knowledge of supply chain solutions and products
