Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or related functions.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and team development.
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility with senior leaders.
• Experience identifying capability gaps and translating into learning strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and logistics domain is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the L&D strategy aligned with North America Sales objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of sales-learning journeys, capability frameworks, and development programs.
• Manage and develop a team of learning professionals while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments that support business goals.
• Establish learning effectiveness measures using business outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and SMEs to translate complex logistics solutions into practical learning programs and sales enablement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across local, regional, and global learning communities to share best practices.
