Maersk in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Lead Logistics Product Business Development Manager to drive growth across Lead Logistics. You will identify opportunities, shape market plans, support strategic pursuits, and enhance the customer lifecycle from discovery to acquisition, collaborating with regional and global teams to expand market share and gross profit.

Qualifications

10+ years of international supply chain management experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven account management and commercial skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and solve problems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share, customer base, and gross profit.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and data to identify growth opportunities.
Own and execute LLP vertical growth plans including TAM, SAM, and SOM analyses.
Define target customers based on product-market fit and partner with Product Development.
Create value propositions with the commercial team for strategic pursuits.
Coordinate with origins, Areas, and Regions to improve profitability and decision-making.
