Visa is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Value-Added Services Marketing team, supporting Visa's Risk & Security portfolio. We translate deep product insights into clear, differentiated customer value through compelling storytelling for sellers and clients.

This Manager-level role collaborates with product managers, sales, marketing, and leadership to drive launches, assets, and executive messaging in a hybrid Austin-based position with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years with an Advanced degree or 0 with a PhD.
• Experience in product marketing, technical product marketing, solution marketing, product management, sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or related field.
• Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, fraud prevention, risk management, cybersecurity, identity, authentication, AI/ML solutions, or other complex B2B technology environments.
• Ability to translate complex products, technologies, or market concepts into clear, customer-focused narratives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience creating materials for sales, client, executive, and internal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and narratives for Visa's Risk & Security solutions.
• Create and maintain high-impact sales and marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, sales plays, and launch materials.
• Partner with product managers, specialists, sales teams, and experts to translate capabilities into value propositions.
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives through messaging development and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support client engagements and differentiate in the market.
• Support analyst relations activities, industry evaluations, market research, and analyst content development.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and productivity while maintaining quality.
