Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Manager, People Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven workforce strategy insights that influence senior leadership decisions. This role sits at HR, business strategy, and analytics, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

You will own analytical agendas for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, guiding methods, framing, and stakeholder engagement to elevate organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning analytical domains and driving insight-led decisions at a senior level in complex organizations.
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent depth of practice is an advantage.
• Deep familiarity with HR data platforms, governance, and GDPR considerations across geographies

Responsibilities

• Domain Ownership: Sets the analytical agenda of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, defining relevant metrics.
• Complex & Ambiguous Analysis: Lead end-to-end analysis of complex problems and deliver actionable findings.
• Stakeholder Influence: Engage senior HR and business stakeholders to shape thinking and direction.
• Insight Narrative & Recommendations: Develop well-reasoned, evidence-based recommendations.
• Data Quality & Governance Standards: Ensure data integrity and governance across systems and processes.
• Informal Leadership: Coach and review junior analysts to raise team standards.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and develop new analytical approaches and capabilities.
• Benchmarking & External Perspectives: Lead external research and synthesize trends into implications.
