The position serves as a strategic advisor, translating workforce data into actionable insights and developing executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, HRBPing, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience leading talent review and succession planning processes.
• Experience creating workforce dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of stores organization talent management initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Identify critical talent risks, capability gaps, and succession opportunities with HR leaders.
• Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strategies.
• Support development of high-potential talent programs and acceleration initiatives.
• Evaluate talent health and recommend strategies to improve bench strength and leadership readiness.
