Job summary

CSL is seeking a Manager of People Analytics & Insights in King of Prussia, PA to lead data-driven workforce strategies. You will own analytical domains in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, delivering insights that shape leadership decisions and organizational performance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end analysis, stakeholder engagement, and developing evidence-based recommendations, while ensuring data quality and governance across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or a closely related discipline, with proven ownership of analytical domains and senior-level insight-led decisions.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field; postgraduate depth is a plus.
• Expert BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel; advanced SQL; strong Python or R; active use of AI tools to enhance analytics.
• Ability to design and apply analytical methods such as regression, clustering, attrition prediction, or scenario modelling.
• Experience designing metrics frameworks and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with HR data platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data governance, including multi-country/GDPR considerations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate credibly under challenge.
• Autonomy in solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems.

• Domain Ownership: set the analytical agenda for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to deliver strategically relevant outputs.
• End-to-end analysis of complex problems; frame questions, select methods, and deliver impactful findings.
• Stakeholder Influence: engage senior HR and business leaders to shape problem framing and decisions.
• Insight Narrative & Recommendations: develop evidence-based, actionable recommendations.
• Data Quality & Governance: ensure integrity and governance of people data across systems.
• Informal Leadership: coach junior analysts and elevate team standards.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: identify gaps and build new analytical capabilities.
• Benchmarking & External Perspectives: lead external research and interpret trends for the business.
