Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director of Strategy to guide Braven’s strategic direction and execute high-impact projects with senior leadership. You’ll design dashboards, build cross-functional teams, and oversee key metrics to advance growth and organizational health.

You will lead planning, partner with executives, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies while maintaining Braven’s mission-driven focus. This role requires in-person collaboration across major U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects with executive leaders.
• Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards for organizational health.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and cross-functional spaces.
• Support multi-year and annual planning processes.
