Zusammenfassung

Braven, a national nonprofit, is seeking a Director of Employer Partnerships to build and manage relationships with employers across government, law, education, nonprofit, health, media, and arts. The role reports to the Head of Employer Partnerships and drives partnerships that generate volunteers, revenue, and meaningful opportunities for Braven Fellows.

You will cultivate new prospects, expand an existing portfolio of 20+ partners, and coordinate with Braven’s regional directors.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience managing partnerships with a track record of ambitious outcomes.
• 2+ years as an account manager or leading nonprofit partnerships.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Systems thinker with ability to map networks and engage key players.
• Strategic thinking, storytelling, and organizational skills to support Braven Fellows.
• Ability to plan 2–3 months ahead and manage timelines.
• Detail-oriented with processes for checking words and data.
• Proactive, curious, resourceful, and a problem solver.
• Commitment to Braven’s mission and building inclusive culture.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a robust shared-value partnership strategy across multiple sectors.
• Cultivate new partnerships, craft pitches, negotiate agreements, and renew existing partnerships.
• Lead engagement with Braven’s CEO and regional leaders to guide partnership execution.
• Manage a portfolio of 20+ existing partners and drive revenue goals.
• Source opportunities including selective Fellowships and recruit partners.
• Identify volunteers and coordinate mentoring programs and student workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on a unified approach to partnerships.
• Maintain efficient systems for tracking the partnership pipeline.
