Job summary

The Health Management Academy is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership Development Programs to lead a portfolio of executive leadership offerings. You will hire, coach, and mentor a growing team, set performance expectations, and build scalable operating models to support expansion and new tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years working experience in healthcare, professional services, or a member-based organization.
• 2+ years of program management experience.
• Previous experience directly managing a team or individuals.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a team, hiring and coaching toward strengths.
• Own performance management, career growth, and workload across the team.
• Build and refine operating model, processes, and tools to scale programs.
• Proactively communicates with external partners and manages program KPIs.
• Represent the team in cross-department meetings and report performance to the Managing Director.
