Job summary

Munson Healthcare seeks a seasoned leader in Leadership & Organizational Development to partner with executives across the system. You will assess workforce needs, design leadership strategies, and deliver high-impact learning solutions aligning with priorities.

Lead initiatives from assessment to measurement, coaching leaders and teams, to drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate brings consulting, facilitation, and change leadership expertise, plus a proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology, human resources or a related field.
Experience leading leadership development, organizational development or learning initiatives.
Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs using adult learning and instructional design principles.
Strong facilitation skills across in-person, virtual and large-group sessions.
Experience coaching leaders or teams and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Project/program management experience delivering complex initiatives with measurable results.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, including with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Assess organizational and workforce needs and design innovative learning solutions.
Delivery of programs, coaching, and executive facilitation across regions.
Manage initiatives from assessment and business case through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
