Job summary

The Health Management Academy is seeking an Associate Director, Sales to grow our member base across defined segments. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Sales, partnering with stakeholders across Health System and Industry segments to grow memberships and solutions.

You will lead strategic account development, deliver consultative presentations, nurture CXO relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and ongoing member satisfaction and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a complex, consultative environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Track record of achieving revenue goals and/or quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plan for memberships and solutions within an assigned prospect pool.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new members and multi-year contracts.
• Conduct consultative one-on-one and small group on-site presentations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CXO audiences.
• Map market priorities to Academy solutions and collaborate with internal teams.
• Work with sales associates on lead generation, pipeline development and logistics.
• Ensure smooth hand-off to Account Management and support renewals and growth.
