Job summary

DoubleTree Hotel/Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to coordinate, supervise and direct all property F&B operations, aiming for profitability, high-quality products and service levels. Responsibilities include maintaining revenue and payroll budgets, ensuring compliance with health and liquor laws, leading SOPs, and guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations.
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines; effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and direct all property F&B operations.
• Maintain revenue and payroll budgets while ensuring quality and service levels.
• Lead SOPs, training and departmental compliance across F&B.
• Organize department meetings and monitor department performance and forecasts.
