• Organize beer/wine cooler; maintain inventory log; enforce policies for liquor requisitions and par levels.
• Ensure proper beverage ordering, pouring, and cashiering procedures.
• Coordinate group reservations in pub/patio areas and manage holiday reservations.
• Set up and monitor regular contests and promotions; assist with special promotions.
• Conduct regular inspections and address items needing attention.
• Hold pre-shift meetings; ensure appropriate staffing and daily activity readiness.
• Communicate with department managers and MOD to maintain consistency.
• Monitor associate performance; provide feedback and counseling; handle complaints.
• Supervise staff; hire, train, and terminations administration; develop team members.
• Maintain payroll data; ensure grooming and uniform standards; uphold cleanliness.
