Job summary

SSP America seeks an accomplished Director of Operations to lead a complex, multi-brand food and beverage operation at Bradley International Airport (BDL). The role demands a proven track record in high-volume, unionized environments, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver sustainable financial results.

You will oversee $20M+ in annual managed sales across multiple General Managers and restaurant brands, build senior leadership, and foster productive labor relations while upholding brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership across multi-unit restaurant or F&B operations.
• Experience leading multiple restaurant locations with direct GM development.
• Full P&L accountability for a portfolio generating $20M+ in annual managed sales.
• Experience in unionized operations with labor relations and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex airport F&B operations across multiple brands, ensuring financial targets and guest experience.
• Develop and coach senior operations leaders through succession planning and performance management.
• Maintain productive labor-management relationships within a unionized environment while driving operational discipline.
